• FREE Shipping to Service Point or Standard shipping: 4/5 working days*. Shipping is free of cost for orders that include 1 – 2 shoe pairs. Should you order 3 items the total cost will be 12 €.                                                                                
• 15 € Express shipping: delivery on the following working day*.Total cost of 15 € for 1shoe, for more itmes they will be charge more  and/or accessories.                
• FREE Returns: 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Maintenance 

• 7 € shipping Service Point or Standard Delivery:  4/5 working days*                                   
• Returns: Please take into account that maintenance products shall not be returned nor exchanged.  

*The terms are from the time the order was placed, as long as it is made before 11.00 am Monday to Friday. If made after the indicated times, the period shall run from the next business day. These terms apply as long as no other date has been specified. Please notice that during sale periods and Christmas the delivery time may be longer than usual.
